Training with Ford Fit has been GREAT! Catherine is exceptional at personalizing my workouts to target exactly what I need to work on, or areas I would forget about when working out on my own before. She keeps each workout fun by doing different exercise or adding in a new modification to a common move. Last, but not least, everything she teaches you can often be done at home, which has made it much easier for me to stick to a weekly workout routine!
