I talked to them on Sunday. They came out to my house on Monday They fixed my computer and kept me advised on the process. My Hard Drive went out and they replaced the hard drive and got me up and going again. Christian and Hai were very easy to work with. I will be calling them again if I have any computer issues

Having a computer tech that I trust and can build a relationship with is important to me. I just moved to Minneapolis, had a big and complicated PC that I needed reassembled, and I did not know anyone. This was my first time using Thumbtack, and Christian quickly reached out to me. I felt comfortable speaking with him on the initial call, and he set me up with Hai to come get the computer the next day. Hai was a pleasure to meet, was easy to talk to, and ready to build my computer right away. Hai kept me informed as he worked his way through the build, asking my preferences instead of just charging ahead. He delivered my heavy computer to my house and even brought it upstairs for me! The computer is an excellent, clean build - thank you Hai! I am so happy to have ProTech on my growing list of professionals in Minneapolis!

Christian was so great to work with. He responded to my inquiry immediately and we were able to schedule an appointment the very next day to fix my elderly mother’s computer problems. My mom loved working with Christian and he got her all fixed up very quickly. We would be happy to work with Christian again, or refer other people to him.
