Christian is amazing at what he does! For context, I’m 14 and knew for a fact there was a virus on my computer. I took matters into my own hands and gave him a message. He came 6 hours later (since I called in the morning) and diagnosed everything. He then bought me a hard drive and downloaded windows the next day. He also let me keep the usb to redownload windows if this happens again. But it most likely won’t with the AI firewall he installed. If I ever run into pc problems again, I’m calling up Christian!

Christian from ProTech American Support, INC was extremely professional and knowledgeable when he put my studio together. I am starting my own streaming station and there are entirely too many parts to that project. I was full of anxiety because while I know standard laptop/computer stuff, this project was beyond my tech knowledge, BUT Christian turned an otherwise complicated business task into a simple check on my to-do list and I have every intention of hiring him for his work again. 10's across the board.
