I really needed an upgrade on my old outdated resume, and after researching and reading reviews I contacted Breakthrough Coaching & Beyond. I worked with Lisa on what I was looking for, what items I would like prominently displayed, and what items I may consider letting fall off of the resume. She was very professional, and was genuinely driven by what it was going to take to have me satisfied with the job. She exceeded all my expectations and then some with the resume she presented me. I joked with her that even I would hire the guy on this paper. I got a chance to use it for an job opportunity at my current company, and landed the job almost immediately. Our HR recruiter even made the comment that I have a very impressive work history while looking over my resume. I can't thank Lisa enough for her work that has already opened up doors for me.
John is an excellent trainer he provides just the right amount of fitness coaching required for a person of my age and limitations. He is been very conscientious when working with me and although he pushes me hard, he also understands that I do have some physical limitations and works within my framework. overall I think he is an outstanding fitness trainer and would highly recommend John

I hired Jonathan to break through a long standing training plateau. We worked together for about nine months, and in that time he essentially turned a 12-year experience-gained fitness view on its head. I chose to work with Todd Smith for many reasons. His free interview is a nice touch and shows an ethical commitment to allowing potential clients to meet him and interview him before spending money. It is also a nice touch that his fee is reasonable! I sought relationship coaching with my wife after working with a counselor that was a good listener but offered very little direction. So we decided to try the coaching approach. Todd offers the best of both worlds - having the knowledge, insight, and background of an experienced counselor and the skill to motivate, teach, and promote change of a life coach. We feel so fortunate to have found him and highly recommend him to those who are highly motivated to do the challenging work of change and growth!
Paul has been my running coach for years. When I first started, I had terrible form. I couldn’t run a quarter mile without getting winded. Not to mention, I had aches and pains I had no idea how to work through. Because of his extensive USMC training, Paul was able to train me through better form, improvement in foot/arm placement, breathing techniques and building my mental strength to complete my first 5k. After the 5k, I was extremely motivated and Paul pushed me to complete a 10k then finally the Tough Mudder. It’s amazing what the body can do with proper support and coaching. Not to mention my aches and pains went away, I dropped excess body fat from improving my distance and most importantly I learned how to eat to perform instead of eating because “I feel like I have to.” Understanding customized caloric intake and macro placement was beyond beneficial and directly affected my workouts. My lifestyle is completely different now and I wouldn’t be where I am today without Paul.

I began working with Michelle shortly after becoming pregnant. My goals were not the same as most clients as I was not trying to lose or maintain weight. In fact, I knew I would be gaining a lot of weight and my body image would change dramatically. During my initial consultation with Michelle, I shared with her my goals to have a natural childbirth and to be both physically and mentally prepared for the emotional and physical distress. Michelle was extremely supportive of my goal and began working on plans to build physical strength & balance while maintaining a healthy pregnancy. I worked with Michelle twice a week throughout my entire pregnancy. In fact, I was in the gym Monday, May 16th and I gave birth to my daughter Wednesday, May 18th. Michelle created fun yet challenging sessions for me which did increase my strength and balance and also my mental strength as she coached and encouraged me to complete each set within the session. Working with Michelle, not only met my expectations, but exceeded them. When I spoke to other pregnant women, they often complained about physical pain and discomfort. I had an exceptional pregnancy with no body aches or pains and I credit that to the wonderful physical health I maintained with direct guidance and supervision from Michelle. I also met my goal of having an all natural pregnancy. My body had the strength and endurance it needed to get through each contraction; and the mental strength to breathe and cope with each contraction. After a twelve hour labor, we were introduced to our beautiful and healthy daughter. Thanks to all the training I did during pregnancy, my body was then ready to meet the needs of our precious baby.
