The pleasantness, the quality of the people, and the quality of the work far exceed expectations. The only thing that can be improved as they were an hour and a half late for the appointment and did not provide a phone call. When I reached out, they did feel bad. They waived the diagnostics fee which was originally $89. Other than that, great experience and very satisfied with the work.

Over the past year, we have used Airtech Heating & cooling for 3 projects in our home (water heater, cleanings, and new boiler). In all cases, the call staff, technicians; Andrew, Mike, Joe, sales; Bill. and installers; Randy and Doug were, all outstanding professionally, knowledgable, straight forward, and neat during installations. Additionally we checked Angie's List, and BBB for reviews and references- all giving solid and strong ratings, of which we agree.

Very easy and friendly booking the appointment. This was our first service on the AC and water heater after buying a new home. The technician seemed very knowledgeable and was able to give us some recommendations based on his experience with the brand of AC we own.
