Orlando was incredible. He helped us plan a surprise dinner and wine tasting for my sister's birthday. The food was excellent and he was very professional, accommodating and fun. He arrived at 12pm and made everything from scratch! It was fun to watch and learn as he cooked. We had the very best time. Thank you so much Orlando!

We hired Orlando for a 8 person dinner party with friends at our home. ~ 2 weeks prior to the event Orlando came over to discuss our ideas and develop a menu. We are foodies so we opted on a series of 5 small plates plus dessert so that we could have a variety of flavors. Tuna Tartare on a wonton chip, pork pot stickers with a dipping sauce, panko crusted lobster fresh spring roll, chimichurri grilled shrimp with fried Yuca and grilled beef tenderloin with red wine / balsamic reduction and horseradish mashed potatoes and creme brule for dessert. Orlando made everything from scratch - even the mayo for one of the sauces. Every dish was spectacular (the tenderloin melted in your mouth) and the presentation on each plate was beautiful. It was a great night - one that everyone will remember for a long time. Orlando is a very nice guy who's passion for food translates into an amazing experience on the plate and on your palate. We will definitely hire Orlando again and can't wait for the next opportunity to do so.

Orlando made an amazing meal for our birthday dinner party! First he meet with us and let us pick the dishes we wanted. Then on the big day he brought his wonderful father and the two of them cooked all day. They let us watch, ask questions, and visit with them while they cooked. The meal was pure bliss and definitely food from the soul. Our favorite dish was the Ceviche and the Meatball soup, which was made using Orlando’s grandma’s secret recipe!
