Introduction: I focus on helping clients get results when it comes to getting out of pain, improving sports performance, or improving overall health and wellness. I coach clients using a method called Functional Patterns. I am also a trained manual therapist and health coach. I offer these services separately and in combination with personal training to offer a holistic service to meet an individuals specific needs.
Training sessions will combine self myofacial release, corrective exercise, & dynamic movement to rebalance your body, resolve pain, and improve performance. I use postural and movement analysis to help identify issues before starting training and throughout the duration. Analysis helps to ensure you are making progress on your specific goals.
