- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Your TruBlue professional will come to your home and discuss your project with you in detail. You can provide us with all of the information we need and ask us about any concerns you may have. Once we have all the information, you will be presented with a detailed firm quote for all the work.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We’ll arrange a time that works best for your schedule to meet and review the project in detail. After gathering all the necessary information, we’ll provide you with a firm, detailed quote for the work. Once you approve the quote, we’ll schedule a day to complete the job—again at a time that’s most convenient for you.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
TruBlue uses our own employees and trusted, specialty service providers. Our team of skilled craftsmen are background checked and are fully bonded and insured. Additionally, because we put customer satisfaction at the forefront of our company, we guarantee our work.
