- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do have a standard pricing system that is shared when we talk with the client. Depending on the services requested and distance traveled, some prices may vary slightly.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We can communicate in a variety of ways, phone call, text, or email, it is whatever is easiest for the client. We also provide free consultations where we discuss what is needed/wanted and have a face to face meeting so we can meet the client and pet. Everything we do is to make the customer feel comfortable and to show that their pet is in good hands.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
My sister began Kind Hands, Warm Hearts in 2011 and built a great clientele. She moved in May 2015, and we have taken over the business.
