FAQs
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Go and visually evaluate the quality of work done by the contractor and if possible, talk to previous customers about their experience with them. A quality oriented contractor should have a number of satisfied clients who are more than happy to give a testimomial. The reason for this is most products - siding, a thermal window, or whatever, have nice samples that can be presented well at the kitchen table. However, these materials don't install themselves and don't give any indication of the diligence of the crew that will do your job, or how smoothly your project will go. Also, NEVER sign a contract just because a salesman says the offer won't be good after today. I did say NEVER, didn't I? If it's a valid offer it should be good for at least 30 days, during which you can satisfy yourself as to the above.
