I am a certified ISSA personal trainer with several years of experience in a few, different clubs. At the moment, I hold a bachelor's degree in healthcare management and a bachelor's degree in BSN-RN. I am an MO-board certified RN.
In college, I played on a full-ride volleyball scholarship, and I graduated with honors. From the age of 18 years old, I competed in figure and fitness competitions and have won a few shows.
