- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Customers should get an itemized estimate detailing all of the separate tasks needed to complete a project. Never assume that items are included. Many dishonest contractors will intentionally leave out items and hit customers with the charges during the project or upon receiving the final invoice. That's not to say that an honest contractor will not make a mistake on occasion.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
That not just anybody can pick up a tool or a brush and do what I do. It does actually take time to perfect the skills.
