- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Do not let our prices fool you, we are lower than all of the big companies because we are locally owned with low overhead. We do not have Sales People preferring to assist virtually or via our Techs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, we get the address so we know where we are going :). We want long term relationships, so we focus on establishing what the expectations are and then we exceed them!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are a Tech driven company. As mentioned, we do not have Salespeople so we are very much focused on the technical part of our business. Our folks are all very seasoned and we pride ourselves on keeping up with the advances in our trade.
