We are certified by the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors (InterNACHI) and also licensed with MO/KS to inspect for termites and other wood destroying insects. We thoroughly inspect all major components of the property to expose unknown defects as well as describe their specifications and current condition. Our home inspections include a termite inspection report and infrared scanning at no additional charge.
It is recommended that you be present during the entire inspection. This way we can discuss any major issues and/or questions you may have. However, if scheduling does not allow you to be present, we assure you our reports are clear, concise, and well photographed for reference.

Very resonably priced for for a home inspection. Cory was very thorough in the inspection and had my reports back to me well before he told me they would be done. Like other reviews, he had so much patience for my stupid question!
He is a very busy guy and still was able to get to my inspection when it was convinient for me. I would call him back in a heart beat if I needed any other services he offers!

I was very impressed! When I arrived at the home, Cory was there early and already getting the process going. He explained all of his findings and inspected the home thoroughly. I would recommend him to anyone needing an inspection.

Cory arrived early to get the inspection started, was very thorough, and explained everything he was checking.
He took plenty of pictures, and sent us the inspection review the next morning.
I would definitely recommend him!

The services was amazing! He was accommodating and worked with our busy schedule. Found time on Saturday to conduct the inspection. He was detailed and explained everything to my husband while he went room to room. We got the report the next day and it was detailed and impressed our relator. I highly recommend this service.
