Introduction: Most of my experience is in storm damage restoration. I have 20 years of experience in working with homeowners, insurance companies and contractors to restore damaged homes to their former glory.
I have been a licensed general contractor for 10 years. I have extensive knowledge in assessing storm damage to homes, understanding insurance policies, helping homeowners navigate the claim process, and getting repairs done quickly, correctly, and within budget.
I have recently began pursuing opportunities in real estate investing. I am part of an investment group looking to purchase and rehab 24 to 36 properties per year in the KC Metro area.
