Fantastic Experience! Our one and only business computer was on it's last leg, Mark came out and immediately diagnosed the problem. We had been hesitant to purchase a new computer, knowing we didn't have the confidence to transfer all our business transactions and customer information going back to when we started the company, over to a new computer. I contacted Mark and heard back from him that day. Upon his recommendation we purchased our new computer, foregoing the hassle of being haggled by every best buy employee in the store. Mark was back the next day and handled every aspect of the switch. He spent hours making sure everything was exactly as it had been and running smoothly. All of the new updates, installs and daunting task of transferring smart serve and quick books over to a new computer were handled flawlessly. Every question we had and phone call we made to Mark were answered immediately, his follow up continues to this day. We were so satisfied that we also retained his monthly services for our computer....Well worth it and highly recommended!

Mark agreed to work on our home PC to fix an Outlook email issue. He completed the work and I paid him his requested fee. When he left our house the .pst file was still importing so the problem was not fixed but he assured us it would be fine when the job completed and if not he would remote in and finish up at no additional cost. The job did not work and over the next day or 2 he did connect and do a couple of things to no avail. During that time he was very spotty on communications. After a period he just stopped answering all texts and voicemails. I even asked him to just fess up if he could not fix it- I understand that technology doesn't always do what we think it will- but he has been completely ignoring all communications for a week now. Not even the decency to say "there is nothing else I can do". As I said I can forgive that he cant fix the issue but there is no excuse for this type of customer service. Its certainly no way to run a business. We wont be using him again and highly recommend you stay away as well.

Mark is wonderful. He arrived fast, fixed the problem and was gone. No problems. I've used other IT companies and have gotten taken advantage of to the point that I just didn't trust anyone because as soon as they fixed your problem here was another one and another....like they messed something up to keep getting business....I've had horrible experiences. I HIGHLY recommend Mark and will call him again whenever I have a computer problem.
