- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Currently I am taking a course in Microeconomics through MIT OpenCourseware.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I decided to get into tutoring because of three reasons: first, I too used to be a struggling student and so I know exactly what it's like to get poor grades and feel frustrated with school and teachers; second, I realized that learning even the most intimidating concepts is never as hard as one thinks, and that by breaking concepts down and taking your time, anything can be learned; and third, I liked giving students hope that all is not lost, and that any academic obstacle can be overcome.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
The most common types of work I do for students involves ACT tutoring in all subjects.
