If I could give 10 stars, I absolutely would!
As a working wife and mom of two young kids, life gets busy, and this wasn't an easy cleaning job. I hired Karol for a move-out deep clean, and there was a lot of "life" that needed to be cleaned. 🫣😂 From the very beginning, she was amazing! She responded quickly, communicated every step of the way, asked all the right questions, and was able to fit me in within 48 hours when I was in a time crunch.
From the moment she arrived, she got right to work. She was professional, kind, and completely transparent about what services she provides, which I really appreciated. Every room looked incredible when she was finished. She tackled all of the difficult areas—the refrigerator, stove, bathtub, baseboards, corners, and so many of those little places that are easy to overlook. By the time she left, the entire house was nice and clean, ready for the next tenant.
What stood out to me the most was the pride she takes in her work. You can tell she genuinely cares about doing an excellent job, not just getting the job done. I also felt completely comfortable trusting her in my home, which says a lot. It's not easy to find someone who is not only talented but also professional and trustworthy.
Another huge bonus is that she services an area of St. Louis that many other cleaning companies don't. I am beyond grateful that I found her and am grateful for all of her hard work and the care she put into cleaning my home. I would recommend her without hesitation to anyone looking for reliable, thorough, and trustworthy cleaning services. She has definitely earned a repeat customer, and I will absolutely be calling her again for future cleaning needs! Thank you Karol!! 💖
