- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I want you to be able to reasonably enjoy getting new furniture or moving. I'm happy to discuss rates with you, and pre-set a price, as long as there are no surprises the day of.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I'm open to messages whenever. I'm pretty responsive if I'm free, but won't respond while on a job with another client unless you let me know you're okay with me messaging, or during meals, but I'll get back to you as soon as I see the message!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I'm finishing up a doctorate in clinical psychology. While it doesn't relate to assembling furniture or helping people move, it does hopefully make me easy to communicate with to set up the task, and the statistics part has helped me work on my perceptual skills.
