We offer complete and professional home inspections services. We have 35 years of customer service experience and over 15 years in construction experience. We provide the most complete and thorough inspection of electrical, plumbing, building frame, and foundation work possible, with more than 35 pages of comprehensive inspection report, including pictures and descriptions. We do this with the most up-to-date programs available. We do inspections 7 days a week from Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. till sunset and Saturday to Sunday, 9:00 a.m. till 4:00 p.m. Radon, Mold and Termite inspections are also offered at an additional fee. EPA recommends every home to be radon inspected every 2 years. We really enjoy helping the home buyers make an informed decision when selecting their new home. We call it as we see it. This does not always make the Realtor happy, but we work for our clients and keep their interest first and foremost in mind and specialize in helping the first-time buyers by explaining everything we do as we do it. We also, unlike other companies, like to have the clients present and involved during the inspection, so they can ask any questions they may have during the inspection process.
