FAQs
What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We provide clear, customized quotes based on home size, condition, cleaning type, and frequency. Standard recurring cleanings, deep cleanings, and move-in/move-out cleanings are priced differently, so we’ll confirm the details before giving a final quote. There are no hidden fees, and recurring customers may qualify for discounted maintenance pricing.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, we confirm your home size, cleaning type, timing, and priorities. Then we provide a clear quote and schedule your cleaning. Our team arrives prepared, follows your requested priorities, completes the cleaning, and checks the work before leaving. For recurring service, we keep notes so future visits are consistent.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
Lemondrop Cleaning Co. was born out of a passion for cleanliness and a desire to make a difference in our local community. We've always been passionate about providing customers with the absolute best in customer service, reliability, and trustworthiness, and we recognized a need for a thorough and customer-focused cleaning service in the area.
We've started small, with a commitment to quality and customer satisfaction. As word has spread about our meticulous service and friendly staff, we've grown rapidly, always maintaining our core values of excellence, reliability, and attention to detail.
Today, we're proud to serve the Columbia, Jefferson City, and surrounding areas, and we're the areas trusted cleaning partner, bringing comfort and cleanliness to hundreds of homes across the area.
