- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge $65 an hour. $75 for an hour and a half. Hypnosis charges can be slightly different. First sessions with hypnosis are no charge, however at that time charges for next session are expected. Most sessions are 2, some, as in smoking cessation are 3, some followups to cement the progress may be required.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I inquire what their needs are, and what outcome they expect. I also do an intake to find out any concerns or past history, medically or otherwise that I need to be aware of. I also find out what kind of touch they like and keep all of this in mind when working on them. Because I have such a varied knowledge of different kinds of bodywork, I integrate them depending on clients needs, unless client would like a specific type. As for hypnosis sessions, first session is intake, gathering of materials to know how I can "talk " so your subconscious understands, and a light hypnosis to help you be comfortable with the process.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have studied formally Cranio-Sacral, Trim I and Swedish. I also attended workshops for the other modalities. I love learning new techniques, and use the workshops for CEUS to keep my licenses up to date.
