- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do not have standard pricing for our services. We know not all events are the same and for that reason we have starting prices. The starting prices fluctuate based on the level of detail required, size of the wedding, and amount of labor required to execute your event.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We ask all clients to complete a consultation prior to signing a contract. During the consultation we cover your budget, decor ideas and get a general grasp for where you are at in the planning process.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We work with a wide variety of clients, our events range from small birthday parties to 500+ Non profit events.
