- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Always!!! We are required to stay up on continuing education as a realtor. But we take it a step further and take the incredible training that Keller Williams offers on a weekly basis. We are always learning new ways to get our listings out there through new technology and marketing.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I take a great deal of listings. Which also helps generate a lot of buyers. Personally I work with a lot of investors who buy rental properties or investors that buy a home to rehab and sell. We also have relationships with some banks where we get quite a few foreclosures. I have my certification in dealing with distressed properties so I also take a lot of short sales.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Find someone you trust and who has your best interest in mind. Make sure you hire someone that is honest and will provide you with constant feedback and keep you in the loop through the entire process. Buyiung and selling a home is a huge deal and you should be informed every step of the way. Which my team will do for you!!
