- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer fair and competitive pricing based on the scope of each project. Estimates are provided upfront so there are no surprises, and I’m always transparent about costs. I work to stay affordable and may offer discounts for repeat customers, referrals, or larger projects. Any additional fees or changes are discussed and approved before work continues.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start by discussing the customer’s needs and providing a clear, upfront estimate. Once approved, we schedule the work and I keep open communication throughout the project. After completion, I review the work with the customer to ensure satisfaction.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have several years of hands-on, real-world experience in contracting, gained through on-the-job training and working on a wide range of projects. Over time, I’ve developed strong technical skills, problem-solving abilities, and a solid understanding of industry best practices and safety standards.
