- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are one of the only companies in St. Louis offering the prices along with the amenities included. Please see our website for details.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We try to answer any questions, send over a contract, receive a deposit, save the date, send over examples of backgrounds for the theme and any other details needed to discuss. Show up at event an hour early for set up and usually can break down within 30 minutes or less once event is over. We do not suggest setting up or breaking down during any event for safety reasons.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a new entrepreneur, but have taken all the necessary training needed to operate the photo booth.
