I would have selected all 5 but the tool won't let me select all 5 - Work Quality, professionalism, Responsiveness, Value, & Punctuality. Some might argue that the price was a bit high. However, you get what you pay for. After going on our fifth handyman service for our rental properties, I was extremely happy with how fast Royce responded, kept the appointment, communicated with me on what the problems were, was clear on what needed to be done and how to diagnose, took Venmo - no problem, went to Home Depot and purchased the items - no hassle. Exactly what a handyman service should be.

I believe my pricing is very fair. I offer discounts to veteran family.

First getting the best possible description or View of their problem pictures or videos, we discuss the scope of work then the price. Finally we set up a time and date that works for everyone.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The only training regarding the work is I have an epa certification for working with refrigerant.
