Jose is my lifesaver! Two days into a 9-day thunderstorm streak, I realized I have a roof leak. Jose came out same day and did an emergency patch job … with less than an hour before the next storm rolled through. He even went the extra mile to “rain test” the seal with a hose to make sure I’d be okay through the next week. He explained exactly what was needed for both a patch job and a full repair. I will definitely be getting a bid from him for future work. So thankful for his quality repair in urgent circumstances.

I will give his card out to everyone I know! He did a super job on my roof with solar panels that had caused a leak. The cost was very reasonable! He was polite on time and me not knowing roofing he explained everything to me and what he found. I highly recommend him!

José was THE BEST! He was able to quote out my roof the same day as our request, and once we approved our quote, he had the full roof replacement scheduled within a week. His crew came over on a Saturday and knocked out our entire roof within the day. They were quick, respectful of our property, cleaned up everything really well, and ensured that it was all done correctly. We had a 25+ year old roof on our place that was the original wood shake with a layer or two of asphalt shingles, and they removed it down to the wood and applied new decking. I’ve met with several roofing companies throughout the last couple of years and Jose was by far the most informative and professional of everyone I met with. He walked me through the whole process, answered ALL of my questions, and kept in contact throughout the entire process. I HIGHLY recommend using Garcia Innovative for ANY of your roofing needs. Pictures of our old roof and the new roof attached. It looks so good!

Jose was running a bit behind, but he stayed in constant contact with me for the day. And he arrived exactly at what time he said he would. I’m not gonna go up on the roof and check my gutters, but I do know that he cleaned up all of the mess himself flush the gutters with the hose like we ask,In-& Out in probably about an hour. We will definitely call on him again.Very courteous.

I offer free estimates and strive to provide the best price possible for homeowners and at the same time, staying competitive with other roofing companies.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Usually respond within an hour during business hours. Collect customer’s info and some details about the work. Schedule a visit with the homeowner to inspect the roof/leak and provide an estimate on-site that if approved can be taken care of the same day depending on the amount of work and availability.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
Started working with my dad since high school, I have been in the business full time ever since I graduated.
