Thanks Jamie for you referrals and kind words. I am here when ever you need my services. Joe
Joe is very patient and does the job well. He is a perfectionist and makes sure you are happy after he completes the job. He does get a bit frustrated at times, but does not give up. He completed a very complicated range hood installation for us. We are happy with his work!Feb 27, 2016VerifiedFrischman Remodeling's reply
Thanks Ravi if you ever need my services I will always be here to help. Joe
Joe , did a great job on my mudroom bench and shelves and coat racks. I thought the price was reasonable. He took his time and I would hire him again. It was a small space and made it more attractive ThanksFeb 9, 2017Verified
We hired Joe in March 2016 to install a basement door. He never did the job and it took us 18 months to get our money back.Sep 18, 2017Verified

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?I try to keep competitive pricing a lot of times I am cheaper when you compare the quality of the work and the quality of material. I buy my materials from building suppliers. I can usually give you more for your money with better quality items. I've been dealing with some companies for over 30 yrs. or better. Usually the harder and more complicated jobs are going to be higher. Just like when you have you car worked on if the job is more complicated they also charge you more.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I like to come out to look at the job before I give a price. To be honest it is very hard to give a honest price without looking at it. Sometime you can give a price over the internet when its something that is a basic job like hanging a door or something in that manor.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I am a Master of 5 trades. I am self taught and learn a lot from better carpenter then I was when I was young. That is why my work is better quality because I learn to do things the right way with hands on training. I also try to kept up with the trends when designing a job . You are also going to get a quality job. When I need a permit for a deck are a room addition, a basement. I do all my drawings so I save you money by me doing them and not needing a architect who is much higher.
