- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Competitive rates...our service speaks for itself! We offer a 5% discount to veterans and active duty. No hidden cost, everything is on the table from the start. Also, we don't "start the clock" as soon as we arrive... we walk through with you, make sure everything is understood, set our truck up, then...we go on the clock and make sure your only paying while our guys are in motion!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We introduce ourselves, do a quick walk though of your home/business. At that point we put up protective materials on your doorway, floor, and banisters. Then shrink wrap your sensitive furniture pad and protect it on the truck. We do all these same protections to your new home.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Every employee has a minimum of 5 years moving experience.
