Pros Property Management came in as the low bid for a new roof so I was a little bit nervous about going forward. However, I couldn't be happier with the results. They did exactly what they said they would do when they said they wanted to do it. I have a high pitch roof, live on a hill and my house is fairly large. They did the whole thing in 2.5 days. The quality appears high and when I did a walk around afterward they left no trash, nails, etc. When I was looking for someone to do the roof I had a hard time finding reviews of companies -- and there are a lot of roofing companies. I hope this review helps someone else.
