Our rental portfolio was a mess before we began working with Scudo. I was spending 20-30 hours a week managing my properties in addition to the property manager I had at the time. What was supposed to be passive income was almost a full time job. When we switched to Scudo, they immediately remedied so many problems. I could see that they were on top of the details and didn't need me managing them on a regular basis. They are also honest and timely when it comes to maintenance and repairs. They keep the books in an organized and easy to follow manner, and deliver monthly statements on schedule. They communicate clearly and efficiently. Now I interact with my property managers only on important decisions, and I am able to spend my time doing other things besides managing my property managers. I don't have to worry that things are falling through the cracks. I wish I had found Scudo in the beginning. I can't imagine how much easier life would have been.
