Sandra p we replaced your skylight lid not your entire sky light after the first couple of rains you had no leaks then after about the third rain u said you still had a leak we came out spent 1 he hoseing down the roof never saw one drop of water leak in to the house what can we do if we never see the leak u speak of also u didn't pay us to replace all of the flashing we did what we were paid to do and our part was not leaking when we were finished we are not responsible for your entire roof because we put in a new skylight lid and the old lid was cracked and dry rotted so we replaced what need to be replaced and also I never had any calls from you so I don't know why u would say we didn't return your calls if there is a problem with the lid we will gladly come fix it just not every other leak u might have at no charge

Seemed to know what he was talking about. Gave estimate, replaced skylight. Leak worsened. Call him back, he relooked at the problem and re caulked. Issue still not resolved. He stopped returning my calls. Had to call in a second guy who fixed the issue in about 10 minutes. Very dissatisfied.
