I would absolutely hire this contractor again. He was prompt, communicated well, and was very flexible with my schedule.
He was brought in to fix errors made by a previous contractor. I needed my wires hidden in a professional manner, and he successfully completed that task while also fixing a soundbar that had been mounted incorrectly. The previous installation had caused the television to tilt to the side, which was both frustrating and unsightly.
His work was clean and executed perfectly. Before leaving, he ensured that all mounted equipment and the TV were properly connected to the WiFi and functioning correctly. This was top-notch work, and I truly appreciate him fixing the issues with my ceiling-mounted TV and soundbar.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Television mounting price structure based on size of television. Cable concealment, and connection to devices are included in the installation price. Additional charges apply for items such as addition of an electrical outlet, providing cables or mount.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to meet with the customer at their installation location to discuss their plans. This allows me to view the project and inform the client of any potential issues that might arise. I then schedule the installation at a time convenient for the client.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Technology is always changing and improving and as a result, we have to continually be involved in training and education.
