Was ok...took a long to time complete job. Brought two extra people and still took as long as it used to take one to finish. Had to have home go back and do some large areas that he did not do the first time. Then texted me a couple of days later saying he under bid and would be raising the rate by almost double. Nice guy though and showed up when he said he would.
