- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
There is a base price for delivery of an out-of-the-box training program or keynote speech plus expenses if applicable. There may be an additional cost for deeply customized development of the courses and for follow-up coaching programs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The more I know about the client's needs, the more effective and motivating my program can be. I start with a phone meeting and am open to research and shadowing before customizing a presentation.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes, I attend at least six training programs a year and observe another trainer at least once a month. I listen to audio programs daily and have a life coach.
