Nick was on time. Explained all the steps he was checking on the furnace. Furnace needed replaced. He had Cody here to tear out furnace while he got new furnace. They started around Noon were done and cleaned at 4:30 Very polite ,knowledgeable,and hard working . Will use them to replace AC in spring

Furnace stopped working Saturday evening. Got on thumbtack for service. KC Prestige came up first. After reading reviews, I decided to give them a try. Nick called within 3 minutes after me posting my problem. He offered same day service after hours for $149.99. Nick showed up within 30 minutes. After checking everything on Furnace, he recommended replacing the inducer. He said that he would have to check with the supply house to see if they have that part. On Sunday my Furnace started working again. Monday, he reached out and gave me the price for the inducer. Monday evening, it was installed. Great service, young man.
