They went above and beyond what I asked for. They told me the whole process might take a week, they were done inside of 2 days with the majority of the work. Super nice, communicative 11/10 would recommend.

Great to work with when replacing a large section of our privacy fence. Responded to my inquiries quickly, and was able to schedule us within a week or 2. Did something extra at my request without increasing the bid. Did a nice job and cleaned up well. Overall very easy to work with; a pleasant experience.

FAQs
What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I believe in clear communication, offering Project-based pricing so there are no surprises.
No Hidden Fees: My quotes include [list what is included, e.g., materials, travel, or consultations].
Value First: While I may not always be the cheapest option, my pricing reflects the quality of materials and the lasting durability of my work.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Initial Discovery: We start with a [phone call/site visit] to discuss your vision and goals.
2. Detailed Quote: I provide a transparent breakdown of costs and a projected timeline.
3. The Work Phase: I maintain open communication throughout the project, providing regular updates on our progress.
4. Final Walkthrough: We review the finished project together to ensure it meets your 100% satisfaction before I consider the job complete.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I was certified as general contractor. To get the most accurate quote, I recommend reflecting on these points:
What is my ideal timeline? Are there specific dates or events this project needs to be finished by?
What is my realistic budget? Knowing your range helps me suggest the best materials for your price point.
What are my "must-haves" vs. "nice-to-haves"? This helps prioritize the scope of work if we need to make adjustments.
