- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The price quote I give on thumbtack, is a ball park given based off the information you provided in your job description. Please understand it is hard to send an actual quote without seeing the project. The best thing to do is set up a free consultation for an estimate that is set in stone, and to discuss the project at hand. Also at that point in time we can discuss the process, paints and materials needed and duration time.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Set up an appointment for a free estimate write a detailed estimate with price breakdown and send it to my client via email. Once accepted the job begins as soon as agreed upon with the client.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
5 years professional painting, I was trained by painters who've been painting their whole. life I started running my own business 3 years ago truth be told I'm always learning something new and getting more proficient in my trade.
