They are thorough. They explain what they plan to do and why. They listen & answer questions. I’m my case, the lines appeared to be broken when they ran a camera. They felt very comfortable with me watching. They jack hammered through 4 inch deep concrete floor at approx width and length 1.5’ x 6’ in the basement floor. Installed new pipe system, back filled with dirt & rock, mixed and poured in concrete, smoothed out flooring to perfection, hauled off debris, & cleaned up all around the work site including the steps from the basement. Superior work!!! Excellent team work too! I highly recommend them.

After another company ran out of time on a Friday and tried to push me to Monday which didn’t work for my schedule or my plumbing problem, I reached out to Sewer Surgeon and am very glad I did! Unlike other companies that wouldn’t give me details without calling them even though I gave them clear pictures and a description of what I needed and who only had Monday - Friday availability, Sewer surgeon gave me clear pricing and could be out the next morning Saturday. They showed up on time, resolved the issue and were very professional, knowledge and courteous. I would not hesitate reaching out to them with any future plumbing needs.
