John & his fellow associate did a great job installing our water heater, expansion tank and pressure valve. John was one of the few plumbers that mentioned the water pressure valve and the water pressure is very noticeable now with our faucets & shower. As for the water heater, no more loud noises coming from it. We are very pleased with the work that was done. This is the second job we have done with SS and we will continue to look them up for future plumbing needs. We highly recommend thus company.

Sewer Surgeon has come to my house four different times for four different plumbing issues, and each visit has been excellent. I live in an older home with older pipes, and they’ve always been thorough, patient, and professional.
The first visit involved major kitchen drain issues, and they took the time (and used extra equipment) to fully snake out the line. A couple months later, they replaced my garbage disposal on the spot. Most recently, I noticed my sump pump was about to fail. I reached out, and they were able to come the very next day. They assessed the issue, went to get a new pump, and had everything installed and working within an hour.
They’re reasonably priced, friendly, and reliable. My Nextdoor neighbor was in plumbing for over 45 years with RW and assured Sewer Surgeon was a trusted company. I plan to continue using them for future work, including some kitchen and bathroom hardware installs. Highly recommend.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Call to schedule an on-site appointment. Send a message to the customer indicating we are en route. Arrive at your home and evaluate your plumbing needs.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I attend CE classes each year to keep my plumbing license current.
I participate in any new educational classes related to my industry.
