I am glad we got this service done. I was a little confused on the clean up after the service. The ducts were clean but around each vent was dirty. It didn’t require to much clean up on my end I just had to vacuum and dust around each vent but for 1,000 service I was hoping that I wouldn’t have had to do the clean up afterwards. Tom fixed this issue and was responsive to my concerns!

The technicians were very friendly and professional. They did a great job cleaning the vent ducts out, but I'm not sure everything was cleaned as well as it could be. I've hired professional HVAC cleaners in the past and both companies had specialized equipment with long hoses they ran from their trucks. They also drilled a large hole in the duct by the furnace as an access point for cleaning because some duct work can be rather long. Premier used a shopvac and drill brushes for cleaning. At first, they told me they were going to drill a hole by the furnace and later said they changed their minds. I explained I wanted a really good cleaning and some of the ducts were over 35' long. In the end, they did a great job cleaning the ducts and showed me before and after photos. I just think it could have been better. They also charged me 40% more than the original quote because of pet hair in the vents requiring additional cleaning. I received a call after the cleaning and I explained this. She said she would reach out to the technicians and see why did decided not to drill an access hole by the furnace, but never got back in touch. Update: Received a follow up call and they did a great job explaining the process to me. I feel much better about the cleaning quality now.
