I have over 10 years with KCMO City planning and development (formerly Kansas City Codes Administration). I am a technical systems III inspector, and senior ranking inspector by the age of 30. Since 1989, nearly 25,000 individual inspections were performed. I was a former licensed general contractor and real estate agent. I have a B.S. Construction Technology. I am offering customizable inspections based on client's needs, including recommendations, estimates, and referrals to qualified contractors. Normal residential inspection includes full blown technical report, photo documentation with descriptions, NPMA termite inspection and recommendations, and certified radon testing and results.
