Quotes, he attempted to quote an hourly rate for something he could move at his own pace. Contractor gave vague answers to avoid price quote. My suggestion to this contractor would be to understand that he’s not an employee so to attempt to quote hourly rates when he chooses his own pace or may be unfamiliar with the task isn’t a standard way to operate as a contractor. He should quote based on job in my opinion so I did not use his services for that reason.
