FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We gather information from the customer as to what it is that they are looking for and work with them to fill in any holes that might need to be addressed. We insure that the customer has made all their choices before we start the work so as not to delay the finishing of any project. We try our best to maintain an open line of communication so that everyone knows what to expect and to address any questions/concerns that may come up.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Brian has received on the job training for nearly 30 years, he has been the project manager for several different remodeling companies, he also did two years of Vo-Tech and built two houses during those years. His knowledge extends from the foundation to the roof. Jennifer spent several years helping her dad with his painting business.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Brian has been working on construction for almost 30 years. Last year after being fed up by incompetent bosses he convinced me (Jennifer) to leave my cozy desk behind and join him on this adventure. There have been ups and downs but working with my best friend/fiancé has given me the opportunity to see the customers smiles at the end of the project and he can finally sleep well at night knowing that we are in charge of making sure the customers are completely satisfied.
