- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our prices are fair. The bigger the jobs the more we can reduce our prices. We are willing to work something out if it will help you get your job done. Most Customers make a honey do list and the more things you have on it the more hours it takes we can reduce the prices help accommodate you.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Customers contact me. I either give an estimate or we do the job by the hour, depends on size of job. my men wear their mask when we work and when we are done. I walk the customers through their job and make sure its exactly what they want. Once the customers is happy then we settle the bill, I give all recipes and a invoice to client. Our company gives a one year guarantee on all our work. That's because we do things right.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 48 years experience. there is nothing We can't fix / repair or replace. We have built everything from the chicken coop in my back yard to multi-million dollar homes for some of our major NFL C...fs players.
