- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer I like to gain as much knowledge about the project before I ever come out. With technology today pictures and a brief explanation can often save the "come out and look at what you have". Not all projects can be handled that way, but most of the time I can arrive with the right tools to get things done the first time.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I got started working as a handyman while attempting to make some extra money. My love for working with my hands kind of took over and I started my own business shortly after that.
