FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I communicate my price for labor and I hardly ever (near to never) take less than $150 for any job. My time is my most valuable asset and if I spend it with you I expect to be compensated well. You are responsible for materials and I don’t mind to pick them up on the way. I give you credit for each referral, provided I get the job & customer service is my top priority.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I learn their first and last names and display my eagerness to provide an excellent service.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I completed my OSHA 10, graduated from a Construction Fundamentals course and have 4 years in the field with everything from plumbing to landscaping and roofing to wire shelf installation.
