Mr. Ramos was given an estimate if he had all the material ready to install that included the service call. Then, Mr. Ramos wanted a tech to come out to his house to take measurements and to scope the job. As the work order was be created we let Mr. Ramos know that he would have to pay the service call fee when our tech arrived. He said he didn't want to pay that. So, we canceled the work order. and told him that we couldn't send techs out for free.
