What really stood out was the owner’s involvement. He stopped by periodically to check on the progress, ensure everything was going smoothly, and confirm that we were satisfied with the work. That level of care and accountability is rare and very much appreciated.
The finished result looks fantastic—the carpet is perfectly fitted, seams are invisible, and the stairs in particular look clean and professionally done. The entire process was smooth, timely, and stress-free.
I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for quality carpet installation and excellent customer service.
