This was my first Reiki session ever. I had zero expectations of truly getting anything from it but boy was I wrong. I arrived with the intent of not sharing much about myself because I wanted to see what she would observe on her own. I was blown away by how intuitive she was. During my session she picked up on multiple, very specific energetic areas, saying very specific relevant words to describe the underlying cause. She worked with a confidence I needed. Audrey was also easy to talk with. Very neutral, warm, and had no judgement whatsoever. I highly recommend her.

I enjoyed meeting with Audrey. She provided very good and specific feedback. In addition, we did an Energy Exercise which helped me to focus and totally relax. I will certainly be contacting her again should I need any help in the future.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A session is generally 90 minutes for intuitive yoga, coaching or Reiki.
We take a few moments before the session to discuss your intention/reason for a session and then a few moments afterward to allow for questions and integrate any realizations.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yoga - I have my RYT-200 Certification through Yoga Alliance
Quantum Light Coaching Certification - Transcendence International Consciousness Academy (TICA)

How did you get started doing this type of work?
I reached a stage in my life where I was unhappy, going through the motions and was looking for something more. I owned a business that required a lot of my time and I wanted to create a life where I had more freedom, joy and balance. I sold my business and completed my yoga, Reiki, energy clearing and life coaching certifications. I have always been a good teacher and coach and now I'm able to help empower others with tools that will help them manage life better. Sharing tools and modalities that helped me walk through my awakening process and come to be more present in life.
