We hired Steve after getting his quote and reading his excellent reviews from various sources. Steve took great care in being incredibly detailed and providing several photos for us which we really appreciated because we are coming from another state and were not able to be at the inspection. He also went over the inspection report on the phone with us and then gave us quotes for what the repairs should cost by a good contractor.
